Winning the toss, the Griffs elected to bat first, looking to consolidate their position at the top of the table.
Openers Din and Abullah Awan put on 43 inside the first eight overs before Din was dismissed by Cullity. This bought Mark Adair to the wicket, who along with Awan, put on 105 for the second wicket, before Awan was dismissed for 64 from 85 balls.
Adair went on to complete a fine century from just 90 balls with 11 fours and 4 sixes, before being dismissed by Rhodes next ball.
Blair Kingsland took 5 for 80 of which four wee adjudged LBW, as Moseley reached 277 for 9 from their 55 overs.
In reply two early wickets for Tahir put the Griffs on top, in their pursuit of a fourth straight victory, but a fighting 52 from Rees and contributions from Rhodes and Golder took the home team to 147 for 4 at the second drinks break.
A dramatic collapse followed as Barnards Green lost their last six wickets for just five runs in 34 balls against the spin of Ali and Usman Awan, as Moseley wrapped up victory with more than 11 overs to spare.
